Recently, the Engineering Department of SIGOLED&Solar install the high-power dual-system LED street lights for one high school. This advanced product is equipped with a 150W high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon solar panel, 160W ultra-high luminous efficiency LEDs, and a 200AH lithium iron phosphate battery pack, which effectively improves the actual output power and luminous flux, ensuring stable and efficient lighting performance for the campus. The installed street lights are mounted on the roof of the five-story teaching building of the High School, presenting a unique and innovative installation scenario that breaks the traditional application mode of solar street lights.

As we all know, the installation height of solar LED street lights is generally 6 to 8 meters in ordinary cases, and some municipal projects require an installation height of 8 to 12 meters. It is extremely rare for owners or manufacturers to install LED street lights on building rooftops. In response to the characteristics and requirements of the school site, the Engineering Department of SIGOLED conducted on-site surveys, designed installation angles, and customized installation brackets, fully adapting to the special lighting needs of different areas on the campus and overcoming the challenges of unconventional installation positions.

According to Jackyben Lynn from SIGOLED, the company has 16 years of experience in lighting design and installation, having provided LED street lights, LED floodlights, LED courtyard lights and other lighting products for many schools and universities. The lighting project has fully met the basic lighting needs of the campus. Installing solar street lights on the roof of the teaching building not only avoids poor charging effect of the street lights caused by sunlight obstruction by walls but also eliminates potential safety hazards on the campus, setting a new example for campus lighting renovation with green and safe solar energy solutions.
